Telling your company's story should be intricate. It's important to showcase your work and the people you help in various ways. When I introduced Boothby Therapy Service to new followers, I used images to vividly depict our identity and clientele, along with graphics for guidance. The goal? Tell the company’s story and the stories of the providers they serve. Creating a relatable and approachable impression on potential clients and applicants.
My efforts did not stop at social media. I expanded their email campaign strategy and internal communications efforts to create a better sense of community amongst colleagues and coworkers. This resulted in increased engagement, higher provider satisfaction, and new contracts.
